Time For You’s commitment to privacy
Time For You collects personal information when you enquire via telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, Messenger, Facebook, submit an online form via the website or use any of our services. Your privacy is important to Time For You. This Privacy Policy explains how we use any personal information we collect about you.
Who will hold your information?
Your information will be held solely by Time For You. Time For You is a member of the FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists). Time For You abides by the FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists) Code of Conduct.
Time For You uses secure third party systems, Appointfix (Appointment SMS/Text Reminder Service) and IZettle By Paypal (For card payment transactions).
All appointments are confirmed by either, telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, Messenger, email, letter or Appointfix. Appointfix sends a SMS message at the time of making the appointment and then a reminder message is sent 24 hours in advance of your appointment to your mobile phone device. The information recorded, is your name or company name, mobile telephone number and the type of service that you have booked.
All card payments are processed by IZettle By Paypal. All payment information is taken through this payment processor and we are not exposed to and do not store any of your financial information. Your email address may be entered into the payment machine for receipt purposes only, if a receipt is required.

What information we ask for and why
Time For You will only ask you for personal information so that we may provide you with the services requested or information about our services or for insurance purposes only.
The information we collect may include your name, company name, address, telephone number, email address, medical/vaccination information. We do not sell or share your personal information for marketing purposes, or for any other purposes.
Your personal information may be used in a number of ways, for example:
To provide you with a quotation, or follow up on a quotation we provided to you
To contact you about an appointment
To invoice you for services
To collect feedback after an appointment
To send booking confirmations and reminders
To keep you informed about Time For You’s services, offers or other information we believe to be of legitimate interest to you, but only if you have opted in for this service, (see below).
We may contact you by telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, Messenger, email or letter. You can opt out of receiving communication from Time For You unless it is essential communication to fulfil your appointment request. If you no longer want to receive offers or information from Time For You, please email Time For You at info@timeforyou.co.com.
Medical Consultation Forms
Individuals receiving their first treatment with Time For You are required to complete and sign a Medical Consultation Form. Your personal details (ie name, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, occupation, emergency contact details, Doctors name and address, relevant lifestyle, medication, vaccination and medical information) is recorded, along with your signature. This form is then reviewed at each subsequent treatment you have with Time For You and any changes to your personal details, general state of health, medications, vaccination or medical conditions is then detailed on your Treatment Plan. The Medical Consultation Form and Treatment Plans are required to be held by law and insurance purposes for a minimum of 10 years. In cases where there is any cause for concern, for instance, if the client had an adverse reaction during or after treatment, the records must be kept indefinitely. If the client is a child, records must be kept for at least 10 years after they reach adulthood. Old client records will be disposed of securely (shredded) and in a way that maintains client confidentiality.
Client records will not be disclosed to any other third party without the written permission from the client, however if Time For You believes the client may be at significant risk of death or serious harm (for example, if the client is in real danger of suicide, or there are concerns for the welfare of a client who is a child or vulnerable adult), or if the client may cause death or serious harm to others, relevant personal details would only be shared with the proper authorities, such as social services or the emergency services.
Children
Time For You’s services are not directed to children under the age of 16. However, a child can receive certain treatments from Time For You if written consent by a Parent/Guardian is provided and the Parent/Guardian remains present at all times during the treatment.
Photographs
Occasionally Time For You may take photographs of our Clients. This is used for promotional purposes and for use on our Website, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Time For You will ask for consent before the photograph is taken. If at any time you wish for these photographs to be removed and permanently deleted please email Time For You at info@timeforyou.co.com.
Safety, Legal Purposes and Law Enforcement
We use and disclose data as we believe necessary:
(i) Under applicable law, or payment method rules
(ii) To enforce our Terms and Conditions
(iii) To protect our rights, privacy, safety or property and/or that of our affiliates, you or others
(iv) To respond to requests from Courts, Law Enforcement Agencies, Regulatory Agencies, and other Public and Government Authorities
Security
Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage submission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Time For You uses reasonable measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure and alteration. Security measures Time For You take include firewalls, virus protection, physical access controls to computers and securely locked filing cabinets to paper files.
If you have reason to believe that the data, we have for you or your interaction with us is not secure, please contact us immediately by email at info@timeforyou.co.com. We are not responsible for protecting any personal data we share with a third party (Appointfix and IZettle By Paypal) based on an account connection that you have authorised.
Retention
We will retain personal data for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Access to your information and correction
You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information or would like to exercise the right to rectify, restrict, oppose then please email Time For You at info@timeforyou.co.com.
